2. Service Cancellations

Clients may cancel scheduled services by providing notice via phone or email.

Cancellations must be made within the timeframe communicated at the time of scheduling.

Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover labor and scheduling costs.

Same day cancellations may be charged in full.


3. Estimates and Deposits

All estimates are non binding unless stated otherwise in writing.

Deposits are non refundable once work has been scheduled, unless cancellation is due to Company initiated changes.


4. Weather Related Rescheduling

Landscaping services are weather dependent.

If services cannot be performed due to weather conditions, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

Weather related delays do not qualify for refunds.


5. No Shows and Access Issues

If we arrive at the scheduled service location and cannot perform the service due to lack of access, unsecured pets, or client unavailability, the visit may be considered a no show.

No show appointments may be charged in full or partially at our discretion.


6. Service Satisfaction and Corrections

If you are not satisfied with the completed service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will assess the issue and may offer a correction or partial credit if deemed appropriate.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case by case basis.


7. Chargebacks and Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, you must contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider.

We will investigate and attempt to resolve disputes within 10 business days.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in service refusal and will be contested with supporting documentation.


8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing times typically range from 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.

We are not responsible for processing delays or fees imposed by banks or payment processors.


9. Non Transferability

Service credits, discounts, or prepaid services are non transferable and may only be used by the original client and service address.
